Moneta Money Bank to pay out extraordinary dividend of Kc3/share

Prague, Nov 19 (CTK) - Moneta Money Bank's general meeting today decided to pay out an extraordinary dividend of Kc3 per share in addition to ordinary dividend of Kc9 per share, Moneta told CTK in a press release.

The extraordinary dividend will be paid out of the bank's retained earnings from previous years. The record date for exercising the shareholder's right to receive the dividend is November 25 and the dividend is due on December 17.

The proposal for payment of the extraordinary dividend was submitted by the board of directors. Moneta has already distributed the ordinary dividend of Kc9 per share for last year, which was annually 12.5 percent higher.
