Coloseum Holding enters the Prague Stock Exchange

Coloseum Holding, a.s.  completed its IPO today. Trading in the company's shares will commence on 25th July 2022, at a subscription price of CZK 246.

Coloseum Holding (ISIN: CZ0009010823), a Czech gastronomic group including a chain of restaurants, catering services, wholesale and now also cafes, sold its shares in a total of 162,200  units at a price of 246 CZK within the price range of 246 - 304 CZK per share. The value of the company after the subscription is  212,101,200 CZK.

 Trading in the new issue will commence on 25th July 2022 in the regular daily auction on the START market. Auctions of issues on the START market take place daily from 9:00 to 12:30.
