A new tranche of the Erste Bank share issue

Effective from 14 February 2006, the company Erste Bank will increase the total volume of its share issue ( EBSN ISIN AT0000506217) to 64,848,960 pieces after the admission of a new tranche of 5,895,360 pieces.
